Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our tools, templates, coursework, and proprietary resources, as well as the time-based commitment required for coaching sessions, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once access to materials is granted or a coaching session is scheduled, those resources and time blocks are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned or returned. Coaching Sessions Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be considered fulfilled and will not be refunded or credited. Digital Products, Courses & Programs All digital downloads, memberships, templates, toolkits, and course materials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access is provided. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds or credits may be considered at our sole discretion in the event of documented emergencies or service disruptions caused by Get Pro Coach. By purchasing any service, course, or coaching package, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
